TVA EnergyRight On-Bill Financing

Not a rebate, but worth mentioning because it stacks with rebates. If you're a Decatur Utilities, Athens Utilities, or Hartselle Utilities customer, you can finance a qualifying system with $0 down and pay it back on your monthly electric bill over terms up to 10 years at a 9.99% fixed rate.
